[OCMEA] CNY JAZZ EDUCATION COMMITTEE FORMED

The CNY Jazz Arts Foundation is pleased to announce that a standing
education committee has been formed to guide and develop our organization's
many jazz education programs. Its members are, at present:

 

Paul Falgares - educator, City

Tony Curulla - administrator

Gerry Bechard - administrator

Bill Boyd - member at large

Dave Frateschi - educator, Phoenix

Greg McCrea - educator, West Hill

Jessie Kellman - parent representative

KathyDiNardo - educator, Cazenovia

John Jeanneret - JAI Artistic Director

 

Any question about our Jazz Arts Institute programs may be directed to any
of them. We also ask that you download and print out the attached brochure
and share this information with your most motivated students at any level.
Our programs are all developmental in nature, and especially geared to
beginning and developing improvisers. Our JAI rehearsal and performance
schedule has been designed to minimize conflicts with school schedules, as
have all of our programs. We wish to be your partners in jazz improv skill
building for your students.
