[OCMEA] Brigadiers Music Association Outreach Program Needs Your Input

Dear OCMEA Colleagues:

The Brigadiers Music Association is a non-profit tax-exempt [501 (c)(3)] organization formed to help support the Brigadiers Drum and Bugle Corps, but also to support music education in the local community.  We are very pleased to have a staff of experienced educators with a wealth of knowledge and a deep commitment to music education.

One of our plans for the coming school year is to develop a volunteer outreach program to help area music teachers and students, particularly those involved with pageantry arts ensembles (e. g., parade and field bands, winter guards, indoor percussion ensembles, etc.).  We are currently coordinating consultation services as well as training for staff and students.  But in order to serve local programs most effectively, we need to know what you need.  Can you take a few moments to send me an e-mail or call to let me know what you are doing with your students this year and how we might help?  I'm looking forward to hearing from you!
