[OCMEA] Romeo and Juliet - Limited Seating Available!

Dear Educator,

The SSO's education concert for High School students - Romeo and Juliet
in Words and Music - is coming right up!  

On Thursday, March 27th, 2008 at 11:00 AM, the SSO will join with actors
Vera Mariner (Nurse) and Malcolm Ingram (Friar) and Syracuse University
students David Julian Melendez (Romeo) and Marie Buck (Juliet) to
present an hour-long version of Shakespeare's masterpiece, interspersed
with excerpts from Prokofiev and Tchaikovsky's orchestral works.

In addition, the concert will feature an opening monologue by Gabriel
Hage.  Gabriel is a student at Notre Dame High School in Utica, and he
was the winner of the 2007 Syracuse Region Shakespeare Competition.
