[OCMEA] Proposed Calendar

Attached is the proposed calendar to be discussed at the meeting.  Please take the time to look through it carefully.  Our major issue (as always) is finding a school to host NYSSMA.  It would be most advantageous to select the first weekend in May, so we do not compete with the SU graduation weekend.  However, it will be first come first serve with the other districts in Zone 3.  Please consider hosting- especially a split festival.
At the meeting we will also be voting on the following topics:
Slate of Officers- Anthony Mastrobattisto, President; Anthony Alvaro, President-Elect; Dave Wilber, Secretary; Ted Love, Executive Secretary/Treasurer
Tabulators for audition festivals
New Jazz Festival proposal
Calendar
